Job Summary

Brandt is seeking a skilled Regional Customer Support Sales Manager to lead our Saskatchewan & Manitoba region in product support sales growth and customer engagement.

This role will engage with Sales, Parts, Service, and Branch managers to execute and develop key objectives for the region.

  • Develop and Execute Regional Strategy
  • Train and Direct CSA's on Product Support Initiatives
  • Manage CSA Processes
  • Support CSAs with Customer Calls and Key Accounts
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators for CSA's
  • Analyze Regional Coverage and Industry Trends
  • Engage with Large Accounts to Promote Brandt's Product Support
  • Provide Feedback on Regional Market Developments

  • Customer Relationship Building and Executive-Level Manager Relationships
