Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to our HR team and employees, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources-related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Assist with planning and coordinating new employee orientation meetings.
- Update and create new policies and procedures.
- Manage administrative and office responsibilities.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain trust with managers and union representatives.
- Deep understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Proven knowledge of confidential documents and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on various tasks and projects.
