Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to play a key role in our recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing needs, ensuring that our team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent, including online advertising, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Applicant Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to select the most suitable candidates for our roles.
  • Employment Terms: Advise applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions of employment, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Candidate Communication: Keep applicants informed throughout the selection process, providing timely updates on their application status.
  • Job Offers: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating salary and benefits as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is necessary.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Word, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
