Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Commercial Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the executive calendar, coordinating events, and providing strategic support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive calendar and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Plan and coordinate department events, including meetings and presentations
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing expense claims and tracking overtime
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in an administrative or professional support function
  • Progressive responsibility and a post-secondary degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
