Job Title: Administrative Assistant
About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Twice the Deal Pizza. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members.
- Office Administration: Maintain office supplies, order materials, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, direct them to the correct contact or service area, and provide excellent customer service.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
- Work Hours: Heures de travail: 30 to 35 hours per week.
