About the Role

No.1 Collision (Richmond) is seeking a skilled Parts Shipping Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently, ensuring high productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities with other departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to keep management informed of progress and performance.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation and achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in inventory control and purchasing software, with the ability to maintain accurate records and optimize processes.
  • A strong understanding of MS Excel and Word, with the ability to create reports and presentations as needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads safely.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs) safely and efficiently.
  • Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, and vision care benefits.
