The successful candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of distribution and transportation of goods, ensuring optimal routes and delivery times.
  • Documentation: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents as required.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking shipments and monitoring stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, identifying any discrepancies or damage.
  • Communication: Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
