Job Description


We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.



Responsibilities:



  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • No supervision responsibility
  • Computer and technology knowledge including electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Experience in project coordination and accounting
  • Enhanced reliability security clearance
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and teamwork


Benefits


MRS Management LTD offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, and bonus opportunities.



About the Role


This is a hybrid position that requires working both in person and remotely. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
