R.V. Anderson Associates Limited is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in preparing design packages for transportation and municipal infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed CADD plan/profile design drawings for transportation and linear infrastructure projects.
  • Attend client meetings and prepare meeting minutes as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender specifications for projects.
  • Work in the field to gather data for projects using data collectors and survey with portable GIS equipment.
  • Provide support during construction such as submittal coordination, meeting agenda and notes preparation, payment certificates, and site review, as required.

Requirements:

  • Recent college graduate from a 3 year Civil/Municipal Engineering program or a College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
  • 2-5 years of work experience within the field is preferred, but superior candidates with less experience will be considered.
  • Registered as a CET or able to obtain CET designation with OACETT within a two-year period.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Some experience with undertaking engineering surveys, level surveys and field measurements.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
