Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized service
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverage items in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items to assist guests with menu selections
  • Enhance revenue flow through suggestive selling techniques
  • Maintain accurate guest checks and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Keep restaurant and work areas clean and organized
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment and participate in health and safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience serving in a restaurant
  • Alberta ProServe certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical fitness to lift trays and stand for long periods
