About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Vehicle Sales Manager to drive sales growth in a defined territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts and hunting new prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume and expand market share.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing successful business-to-business sales and service relationships.
  • Experience in consumer lending, SaaS, or financial services is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
