Strategic Growth Manager

Job Overview
As a Strategic Growth Manager at Chubb, you will be responsible for driving the overall executive direction of our Agency's performance in assigned markets. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop teams, drive premium and policyholder growth, and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strategic plans and priorities for assigned markets to address service gaps and operational challenges.
- Oversee sales, training, and operational support for all levels of our sales organization.
- Sourcing prospective new Independent Contractors candidates and agencies to sell Combined products.
- Work with Agency Director and District Leaders to ensure effective administration and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Support sales teams with sales tools and their implementation.
- Make recommendations on accepting/rejecting candidates for appointment as Independent Contractors.
- Identify targeted training needs for sales teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Insurance Sales and Management experience required.
- Life, Accident, and Health license required prior to employment.
- University degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Proven ability to develop and coach high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Intermediate PC skills required.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
