Job Summary

This is a senior-level HR role that will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy to support the business objectives of Intel GmbH. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with expertise in talent development, leadership development, and organizational design.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing business decisions and driving organizational change. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and business partners.

This role will require the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy to support the business objectives of Intel GmbH.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and business partners.
  • Lead organizational design initiatives to improve business performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and opportunities.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement change management initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees at all levels.
  • Manage and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; or at least 7+ years of experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations, as well as HR policies and procedures.
  • At least 5+ years' experience with three or more of the core aspects of human resource management:
    • Employee relations
    • Performance management
    • Leadership development
    • Coaching
    • Change management
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Workforce planning
    • Talent management
    • Organizational planning
    • Solid experience developing solutions based upon data analytics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence decision-making with leaders and business partners.
  • Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
  • Experience conducting investigations and managing a structured performance management process
  • Consultative style and approach with ability to develop credible relationships with business partners
  • Demonstrated experience successfully partnering with executives and managers in support of business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed, and diverse environment, with exposure to different cultures and practices.
