Project Manager

At CO_04 TC1 Bird Construction Industrial Services Ltd., we're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our daily operations and drive project success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing project performance, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

### Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to establish project goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
* Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities to initiate projects
* Work closely with team members to identify and implement cost-effective project delivery strategies
* Assist in preparing and updating project budgets, schedules, and cost reports
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

### Requirements

* Undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management
* E.I.T., P. Eng., CET, or PQS designations
* 5+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in project management of large industrial projects
* Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
