Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable:
    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
    • Maintain accurate accounts payable records
  • Financial Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Journal Entries:
    • Post journal entries accurately and on time

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and Quick Books
