About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Cheema Trust Maintenance Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Oversee the daily cleaning operations to ensure that all areas are clean and tidy.
    • Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Facilities and Ensure Safety Standards
    • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
    • Identify and report any hazards or areas of concern to management.
  • Recommend Additional Services
    • Assess the need for additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
    • Recommend these services to management and assist with the implementation of these services.
  • Assist Cleaning Staff
    • Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff to ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks.
    • Assist with training and development of cleaning staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Establish Work Schedules
    • Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Monitor and adjust work schedules as needed to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
