Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Lime Cleaning. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Cleaning Staff
You will be responsible for supervising and co-ordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
Inspect Sites and FacilitiesYou will be responsible for inspecting our sites and facilities to ensure that they are safe and clean, and that our clients are satisfied with the level of service we provide.
Prepare Budgets and Cost EstimatesYou will be responsible for preparing budgets and cost estimates for our cleaning operations, ensuring that we are operating within our means and that our clients are getting the best value for their money.
Recommend Additional ServicesYou will be responsible for recommending additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, and renovations, to help them maintain their facilities and improve their overall appearance.
Maintain Financial RecordsYou will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
Assist Cleaners in Performing DutiesYou will be responsible for assisting our cleaners in performing their duties, including providing guidance and support as needed.
Co-ordinate Work ActivitiesYou will be responsible for co-ordinating the work activities of our cleaning staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
Establish Work SchedulesYou will be responsible for establishing work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
Address Customer ComplaintsYou will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the level of service we provide.
Requirements- 1-2 Years of Experience in Cleaning Operations
You will have at least 1-2 years of experience in cleaning operations, including supervising and co-ordinating the activities of cleaning staff.
High School Diploma or EquivalentYou will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong understanding of cleaning operations and procedures.
Excellent Communication SkillsYou will have excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and be able to work effectively with our clients and cleaning staff.
Ability to Work Under PressureYou will be able to work under pressure, including meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Physical Demands of the JobThe physical demands of the job include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling, and being able to lift and carry heavy objects.
