About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Lime Cleaning. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Cleaning Staff
    • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and training to cleaning staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure that they are clean and safe.
    • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities management team.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates
    • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Estimate costs for cleaning services and ensure that they are within budget.
  • Recommend Additional Services
    • Identify areas where additional cleaning services may be required.
    • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain Financial Records
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Address Customer Complaints
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Work with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
Working Conditions

The Cleaning Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The role will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
