Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Syndicate Carpet Cleaning Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure that our facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to management.
- Receive Payments: Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and training required to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules that ensure our facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and clients.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Reliability: Demonstrate a high level of reliability and accountability, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Duration of Employment: Permanent position with a minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language of Work: English.
- Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
