About the Job

Lime Cleaning is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas that require improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that we are operating within our means.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Plan and coordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate for this position.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Our facilities are located in various locations, including shopping centers, hotels, and apartment complexes.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
