Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at AccountNext LLP. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other financial documents.
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and records.
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of accounting and related clerks.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and laws.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
