Talentify is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to enhance our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for all accounts receivable processes, including:
    • Collections – Assist in evaluating, identifying, and prioritizing customer accounts for effective collection strategies.
    • Cash Application – Ensure that incoming payments are accurately allocated to the respective customer accounts and invoices.
    • Credit Oversight – Establish credit limits for clients, monitor payment behaviors, and assess risks associated with extending credit.
    • Dispute Resolution – Efficiently track and manage accounts receivable items that are under dispute.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the collection of information related to the accounts receivable process that impacts user story development.
  • Approve user stories based on the Definition of Ready (DoR) at the start of sprints and the Definition of Done (DoD) upon completion of unit testing.
  • Review and validate testing outcomes.
  • Identify and balance business needs against wants.
  • Ensure adherence to all Credit and Accounting Policies and Controls.
  • Sign off on milestones related to data conversion and act as an escalation point for data-related decisions and risks in accounts receivable.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Additional Activities:

  • Lead special initiatives within the accounts receivable workstream.
  • Engage in daily stand-up meetings to provide feedback.
  • Participate in sprint reviews and re-planning sessions, offering constructive input.
  • Support and contribute to all accounts receivable requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with other leads and subject matter experts to ensure accurate capture of business requirements.
  • Offer guidance on data cleansing and construction efforts.
  • Assist during Integrated Testing Cycles (ITC).

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • Relevant accounting designation such as ACCA, CPA, CGA, etc.
  • Experience with SAP software.

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
