Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Trilogy-Net Inc. as a key member of our financial operations department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise staff in financial duties and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure the smooth operation of financial equipment and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks, reviewing progress and providing feedback to team members.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Quick Books.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
