Job Title: Hotel Guest Services Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This includes handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail required.
