Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Publicis Media. This role will play a key part in delivering exceptional people experiences across the entire employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, with a focus on implementing key people strategy initiatives and projects. They will also provide support and advice to Managers in areas such as employee relations, policy, recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, and DE&I.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker who can work closely with other People Partners, the HR team, and Centres of Excellence to implement innovative people solutions.

About the Role

  • Implement agency people strategy including retention, reward and recognition, performance management, L&D, and other people related initiatives to support business goals and objectives
  • Provide professional, business-focused day-to-day people & culture services including performance management, grievance resolution, recruitment coordination, salary review advice
  • Support Director in preparing and delivering talent mapping and succession planning sessions with Leadership teams
  • Support end-to-end management of performance issues, grievances, complaints, claims, and investigations
  • Provide sound advice and support to teams and managers ensuring decisions are based on awareness of all associated people risks, and those issues are handled fairly and with due process and best practice

About You

  • 2-3 years' experience in a Human Resources role (ideally in a multi-site, matrix organisation)
  • Experience across the whole employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, manager development, remuneration, and benefits, employee relations, and off-boarding
  • Intermediate working knowledge of employment law, including the Employment Standards Act, with the ability to apply this knowledge in workplace situations
  • Knowledge of visas and immigration (desirable)
  • Comfortable with the flexibility, fluidity, and constant change that the industry brings
  • Able to manage sensitive information with discretion, acting diplomatic and tactful when dealing with delicate situations
