About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the clinic, including personnel management, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records. A strong background in administration and experience working in a healthcare setting are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic's administrative department
  • Oversee personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement budgets and financial plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
