About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ocean Tire Service Ltd.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision: Oversee the work of other staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Coordinate and confirm appointments for clients and staff.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our digital database system.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
