At BC LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Support Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering 35-40 hours of work per week. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

About the Role

The Support Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars and conferences, training other workers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be required to compile data and statistics, set up and maintain information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence and documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate logistics for events such as seminars and conferences
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies and inventory
  • Compile and analyze data and statistics to inform business decisions
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Basic knowledge of electronic scheduling software
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
