  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records to ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of business diagram software and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.

  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
