- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records to ensure data integrity.
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of business diagram software and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
