We are a reputable nail salon seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work

Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our nail technicians to ensure that our salon is fully staffed during peak hours.

Maintenance and Repair

Arrange for regular maintenance and repair of our nail equipment and machinery to ensure that they are in good working condition.

Quality Control

Monitor the quality of our nail services and products to ensure that they meet our high standards.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and train our nail technicians in their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Client Focus

Ensure that our clients receive exceptional customer service and that their needs are met.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a nail salon or related field.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is organized, flexible, and a team player.
