Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Canadian College of Business, Science & Technology. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with college policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
