About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Elegant Apparel. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Process transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandise
- Resolve issues that may arise, including supply shortages and customer requests
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
