Key Holder Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Elegant Apparel. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed
- Hire and train or arrange for training of sales staff
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and ensure the sales floor is open and operating efficiently
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
- Balance cash and record sales
- Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
The sales floor is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Key Holder, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and handle heavy loads. You will also be required to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
