Key Holder

At Elegant Apparel, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure a smooth sales process
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of our customers
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise
- Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including balancing cash and recording sales
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including processing money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments
- Tight deadlines and attention to detail are essential for this role
- Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
- Excellent oral communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Flexibility and reliability are key to success in this position
