Key Holder Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Elegant Apparel. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they meet our high standards
- Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an efficient inventory system
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity
- Sell merchandise and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless operations
- Balance cash and record sales to maintain accurate financial records
- Tight deadlines and attention to detail are essential for this role
- Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations
- Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Permanent position with a 40-hour workweek
- English is the primary language of communication
