Key Holder Assistant

Elegant Apparel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they meet our high standards
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise
- Establish work schedules and ensure the sales floor is staffed accordingly
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless operations
- Balance cash and record sales to maintain accurate financial records
- Tight deadlines and attention to detail are essential for this role
- Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively manage staff and customers
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
