Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs to execute the organization's talent strategy, including talent acquisition, IE&D, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
  • Provide guidance on business unit structures, workforce planning, and succession planning to leaders.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive business results.
