Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This position will serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, including employee and labour relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Labour Relations: Act as the primary contact for all labour relations matters, consulting on union matters, resolving grievances, and providing guidance on labour legislation and dispute resolution.
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management: Support HR functions, manage employee relations, and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers.
  • Health and Safety Support: Support the health and safety program, ensuring compliance with policies and promoting a culture of "ZERO Accidents".
  • Strategic HR Planning: Partner with HR and senior leadership to analyze trends, develop policies, and implement HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
