Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Test Designer to join our Engineering department at Dana Incorporated. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting tests on our electric motorization systems to ensure their performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product verification and validation tests to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Design and set up test equipment and instrumentation to simulate various environmental conditions
  • Analyze test results, record data, and provide recommendations for product improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test reports and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in electrical and environmental testing, with a strong background in test design and execution
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
