Blackline Safety is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Alert Management Specialist to join our growing Safety Operations Center in Calgary, Alberta.
This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Safety Incidents: Provide professional and timely service to customers, managing safety incidents efficiently and conscientiously from onset through to resolution.
- Emergency Alert Management: Manage emergency alerts and follow escalation protocols professionally, with efficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to emergency situations with calm and confidence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English is required. Written or spoken French is also required.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum five years of customer service experience, with previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role.
- Technical Skills: Ability to proficiently handle concurrent tasks, adeptly oversee projects with flexible timelines, and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges.
- Certifications: Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
