**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Cybersecurity Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a global team that oversees cyber security incident response practices throughout the bank.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Manage a global team of professionals who oversee cyber security incident response practices.
  • Govern adherence to enterprise frameworks for executing cyber security incident response plans, including root cause investigation, threat containment, and remediation activities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders globally to develop, implement, and integrate cyber security incident response capabilities throughout the Bank.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement processes to improve incident response efficiency and effectiveness.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • +6 years of current knowledge in incident response, information or cyber security, or a Bachelor's degree with +10 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional certifications in information/cyber security and digital forensics (e.g. CISM, CISSP).
  • Experience conducting incident response and technical investigations on various operating systems using industry standards.
  • Key technical expertise in information and cyber security, networking and routing, data management, data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of protocols, technologies, and environments including TCP/IP, SQL, Windows Server, Linux, Unix, IIS & STB client technologies.
