SAKUNTHALA CATERING INC. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and quality of service.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on customer service, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant or food service management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications relevant to the role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer demand.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
