HIV Director, Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Marketing (HIV/AIDS) to lead the development and execution of the HIV/AIDS strategic business plan.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a cross-functional therapeutic team and senior marketing professionals to develop and execute the HIV/AIDS strategic business plan.
- Utilize multiple sources of information to uncover insights relevant to the development of franchise strategy and tactical plans.
- Contribute to the formation of franchise strategy for HIV/AIDS and the overall Brand Plan and Promotional Plan for Action (POA).
- Lead the development of tactical plans, messaging and communication strategy, and other customer initiatives aligned to the field sales POA.
- Lead the execution of the field sales POA, including development of sales tools, coordination with sales training, execution of sales meetings, and driving for results.
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product life cycle management in a variety of therapeutic areas.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields is required.
- Advanced experience with product lifecycle management is preferred.
- An advanced science degree such as MD, PharmD, PhD or an advanced business degree such as an MBA is desirable.
- Prior people management experience strongly preferred.
- Direct-to-Patient - A minimum of 3 years in product marketing or advertising focused on consumers or patients are required.
