About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our HIV/AIDS marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic business plan for our HIV franchise, which includes both HIV treatment and prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the HIV/AIDS strategic business plan, including tactical plans and messaging.
  • Contribute to the formation of franchise strategy for HIV/AIDS and the overall Brand Plan and Promotional Plan for Action (POA).
  • Lead the execution of the field sales POA, including development of sales tools, coordination with sales training, and driving for results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
  • Advanced degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
