Job Title: Mobile Security Guard

Paladin Security is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Security Guard to join our team. As a Mobile Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients while working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mobile patrols to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and other security personnel
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the success of the team
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security License
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification
  • Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination
  • G level driver's licensing with a clean driver's abstract
  • Minimum 1 year of security experience required
  • Experience in Mobile Security is considered an asset
  • English fluency (written and oral) required
  • Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
