About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining our position as a marketing leader in the Power Transmission & Motion Control industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Provide solutions that improve our customers' operations, leveraging your industry expertise and knowledge of our products.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our business partners and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach, setting the standard for our sales team.
  • Drive Business Growth: Achieve realistic budget results, negotiate effectively, and provide value to our customers through your mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.
  • Travel and Representation: Represent Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. in all parts of the territory, building relationships at both a distributor and user level.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create plans and reports that benefit both the company and yourself, using data to inform your decisions and drive business outcomes.
