At Dr Amorim & Dr Torres Inc, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity and minimize workload
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations and coaching staff
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business administration and management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
