Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Rhaegal Ventures Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our kitchen inventory, including the ordering and receipt of ingredients and supplies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage our kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in culinary arts or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
