Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Coast West Pizza & Steakhouse. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or food service establishment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading kitchen teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
