Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team. As a key member of our industrial supply department, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our inventory of industrial supplies, ensuring accurate records and efficient restocking processes.
- Process customer orders in a timely and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and outstanding customer experiences.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an industrial supply or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as occasional travel may be required.
- This is a casual position, requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week.
- Work hours will vary, but typically will involve working Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
- Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform manual labor as required.
- An estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
